Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold valid driving license H.P.M.V and HGV or Transport vehicle continuously for a period of not less than 18 months. Must be able to read and write a regional language i.e. Telugu or Urdu & not less than 160 cms in height.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Driving Test and Medical Fitness test.
Application Form: Candidates have to purchase the prescribed application form by payment of Rs 100/- at all the Depot Managers Offices in Anantapur Region on all working days from 10:30 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs from 01-11-2013 to 15-11-2013.

The position of a constable belongs to the police department of a state or central government. Each and every police station needs constables for their work force. Therefore the position of a constable occurs in vast numbers in state and central government. The position also occurs at Border SECURITY Force and Indo Tibetan Police Force. The eligibility criterion for the post of constable is simple one, wherein the interested candidates should be matriculate and physically fit. They should be able to run a certain distance within a specified time limit.
